eazy Neutralise is a highly alkaline liquid for neutralising metal surfaces and waste product after acid based cleaning.


Product may be used in the post acid cleaning of boilers, diesel engine cooling water systems, heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators and calorifiers.


Do not use more product than necessary and ensure pH measuring equipment is available at all times during use.

After the system is flushed from the acid cleaning solution (e.g. <strong>eazy Descaler Plus</strong>, <strong>eazy Descaler</strong>, <strong>eazy FreeScale</strong> or <strong>eazy SAFE Acid</strong>), fill the boiler with produced water and slowly add product to achieve a stable [minimum] pH of 8.5. The amount of product required will depend on the prevailing conditions, the amount of acid used and pH prior to use. In general you will need to allow for 0.5-2% of product by mass for neutralising both the system and waste effluent.

Circulate for a minimum of two hours and flush.

Waste effluent (that is still acidic) should normally be neutralised prior to authorised disposal. Speak to your waste contractor and local water authority for recommended pH in order to minimise disposal costs.

<strong>IMPORTANT:</strong> Do not use product in systems containing non ferrous metals. Produtc as supplied is hazardous so ensure MSDS is read and understood by all workers and a copy is made available at all times for reference.
